Who should become a Neurofeedback therapist?

Neurofeedback improves the ability of the central nervous system to self-regulate and can therefore be used successfully to treat a variety of mental and physical dysregulations.

The following disorders can be treated with Neurofeedback: e.g. AD(H)D, autism, asperger syndrome, epilepsy, migraine, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, post traumatic stress disorder,  bipolar disorders, chronic pain and the rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury.

The following professional groups can therefore implement Neurofeedback as an additional tool into their practices:

  • psychologists
  • psychiatrists
  • neurologists
  • occupational therapists
  • (child- and adolescent) MDs
  • school psychologists
  • physical therapists
